Renungan: Oct 23,2013 - Tuhan telah memilih kita

Yer 2: 21
Namun Aku telah membuat engkau tumbuh sebagai pokok anggur pilihan, sebagai benih yang sungguh murni. Betapa engkau berubah menjadi pohon berbau busuk, pohon anggur liar!

Firman Tuhan Ef 1:4 katakan :Sebab di dalam Dia Allah telah memilih kita sebelum dunia dijadikan, supaya kita kudus dan tak bercacat di hadapan-Nya. Artinya sdh sejak kandungan Tuhan memilih kita utk menjd anak2 Nya, kita adl umat pilihan dimana Tuhan mau menanamkan benih Firman Nya utk kita bertumbuh dan berbuah2. Krn itu kita wajib senantiasa mengucap syukur krn kita tlh dipilih Tuhan krn bkn kehendak kitalah yg menjdkan kita pilihan Tuhan ttp krn Tuhanlah yg sdh memilih kita.

Shalom sahabatku selamat pagi, ketika menerima Tuhan Yesus itulah langkah awal kehdpn kita & jk saat itu juga kita meninggal dunia mk surga & kehdpn yg kekal menjd bgn kita ttp jk kita ttp hdp setlh menerima Tuhan Yesus mk ada bgn kita utk ttp menjg & memelihara keselamatan kekal yg diberikan Tuhan Yesus kpd kita, jgn biarkan pengaruh dunia ini mengubahkan kehdpn kita shg kita menjd spt pohon anggur yg liar & tdk mengingat akan kebaikan Tuhan dlm hdp kita. Spt bangsa Israel yg krn sedikit masalah sdh bersungut2 & menyakahkan Tuhan padahal bgs ini sdh melihat penyertaan & pembelaan Tuhan sepanjang perjln hdp mrk. Hendaklah kita trs memperkuat iman kita kpd Tuhan & jgn biarkan dunia ini menjauhkan kita dr Tuhan ttp tetap pertahankan, tetap berjuang dlm pertandingan iman yg benar smp kita memenangkan pertandingan demi pertandingan & mencapai garis final hdp kita serta meperoleh mahkota kemuliaan yg Tuhan janjikan. Kita menjd pokok anggur yg kokoh bukan pokok anggur yg liar & busuk krn kita melekatkan pd Pokok Kehidupan yaitu Tuhan Yesus, bersama Tuhan kita cakap melakukan segala perkara, bersama Tuhan kita akan kuat, bersama Tuhan ada ketenangan, bersama Tuhan kita cakap menanggung segala perkara, bersama Tuhan kita akan mampu menjd spt yg Tuhan kehendaki ketika Dia memilih kita. Karena itu, saudara-saudaraku, berusahalah sungguh-sungguh, supaya panggilan dan pilihanmu makin teguh. Sebab jikalau kamu melakukannya, kamu tidak akan pernah tersandung (2 Pet 1: 10). GBU

Having understanding of the times is equal to having words of wisdom, words of knowledge, and discernment flowing through you. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of wisdom. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of knowledge. If we can hear God's voice we can have discernment. If we can hear God's voice we can have faith to declare those things that are not as though they are. If we can hear God's voice then all of the Gifts of the Spirit will flow through us. More than ever before we need to understand that in the last days, as prophesied by Joel and repeated by Peter, there will be widespread revelations from God. We will not receive revelations from God if we do not hear His voice. God speaks in a variety of ways. The most basic avenues God speaks to us are through the Bible, prayer, people, nature, dreams, and an inner sense of knowing something. Certainly and most definitely we have entered such an occasion. God is speaking today. It behooves all believers to embark on this most exciting journey of learning to hear God?s voice in as many possible ways as God is speaking.
