Renungan: Jan 2,2013- Iri Hati akar kejahatan

tetapi Kain dan korban persembahannya tidak diindahkan-Nya. Lalu hati Kain menjadi sangat panas, dan mukanya muram.
Apakah mukamu tidak akan berseri, jika engkau berbuat baik? Tetapi jika engkau tidak berbuat baik, dosa sudah mengintip di depan pintu; ia sangat menggoda engkau, tetapi engkau harus berkuasa atasnya."

Dari awal kejadian manusia yg diciptakan Allah serupa dan segambar dng Allah akan ttp manusia melakukan dosa yg membuat Manusia mulai hidup didlm daging artinya ada kecenderungan besar utk berbuat dosa didlm hidup manusia. Dosa yg pertama adl Dosa Kesombongan dan ketidak taatan dan yg ketiga adl Iri Hati yg dpt membuat manusia membuka pintu lbh besar lagi yaitu dosa membunuh dst..dst begitu banyak dosa2 yg timbuk dlm kehidupan manusia dari dulu sampai skrg ini dosa yg sama msh mengekang dan mengintai setiap umat manusia.

Shalom sahabatku selamat pagi, kita yg sdh ditebus oleh Darah Yesus shg kita menerima pengampunan atas dosa2 kita bukanlah org yg terbebas dr kemungkinan berbuat dosa, krn iblis senantiasa berkeliling disekitar kita utk berusaha membawa kita kembali berbuat dosa. Tuhan mengingatkan kita dosa yg sptnya tdk dpt dilihat oleh org lain ttp dosa ini yg dpt membuka pintu bg iblis kembali msk dlm kehidupan kita shg kita tdk dpt menghindar utk berbuat dosa2 yg lain. Dosa yg tdk kelihatan oleh org lain adl dosa "IRI HATI", firman Tuhan di Ams 14:30 Hati yang tenang menyegarkan tubuh, tetapi iri hati membusukkan tulang, jd Iri hati dpt menimbulkan kematian dan Firman Tuhan juga mengatakan: Sebab di mana ada iri hati dan mementingkan diri sendiri di situ ada kekacauan dan segala macam perbuatan jahat (Yak 3:16). Segala kekacauan didlm kehidupan manusia dimulai dr Iri hati dan dr Iri Hati timbullah segala perbuatan jahat manusia, biarlah kita membuang segala bentuk iri hati dlm hati kita dan percaya Tuhan punya rencana indah bg msg2 kita. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of knowledge. If we can hear God's voice we can have discernment. If we can hear God's voice we can have faith to declare those things that are not as though they are. If we can hear God's voice then all of the Gifts of the Spirit will flow through us. More than ever before we need to understand that in the last days, as prophesied by Joel and repeated by Peter, there will be widespread revelations from God. We will not receive revelations from God if we do not hear His voice. God speaks in a variety of ways. The most basic avenues God speaks to us are through the Bible, prayer, people, nature, dreams, and an inner sense of knowing something. Certainly and most definitely we have entered such an occasion. God is speaking today. It behooves all believers to embark on this most exciting journey of learning to hear God?s voice in as many possible ways as God is speaking.
