Renungan: Feb 12, 2013 - Perbuatan daging = maut

Mat 26: 41
Berjaga-jagalah dan berdoalah, supaya kamu jangan jatuh ke dalam pencobaan: roh memang penurut, tetapi daging lemah."

Manusia daging kita memang sungguh lemah, kita tdk akan mampu bertahan melawan setiap tawaran dosa dan kenikmatan dunia tanpa kita memiliki Roh Kudus dlm hati dan kehidupan kita. Spt yg dikatakan Firman Tuhan Gal 5: 19-21a Perbuatan daging telah nyata, yaitu: percabulan, kecemaran, hawa nafsu, penyembahan berhala, sihir, perseteruan, perselisihan, iri hati, amarah, kepentingan diri sendiri, percideraan, roh pemecah, kedengkian, kemabukan, pesta pora dan sebagainya. Keinginan ini ada didlm manusia yg hidup tanpa Roh Kudus, jika Roh Tuhan ada didlm kita mk Keinginan daging akan lenyap. itu sebabnya kita perlu terus membangun manusia roh kita agar kita trs kuat didlm Tuhan & tdk ada lg keinginan utk melakukan perbuatan daging.

Shalom sahabatku selamat pagi, kl kita mengetahui bhw hidup menurut keinginan daging ujung2 nya adl maut sdgkan kehidupan menurut keinginan Roh adl hidup & damai sejahteta mk mana yg kita pilih? Kita hrs memilih kehidupan didlm Roh yg memberikan kehidupan dan membawa kita menikmati perkenanan Tuhan dlm kehidupan kita skrg & selama2nya. Kehidupan didlm daging membawa kenikmatan sesaat saja & akan selalu diakhiri dng pertikaian & maut. Mari trs berjaga2, berdoa senantiasa agar kita tdk pernah lg menjalani kehidupan ini secara daging, ttp minta agar Allah Roh Kudus menguasai kehidupan kita, mengubah kehidupan kita & menjamah hati kita shg kehidupan kita menjadi baru. Jika oh Allah ada didlm kita mk satu persatu perbuatan daging akan lenyap dlm kehidupan kita jd jgn berhenti berdoa sampai kehidupan kita dibersihkan & dipulihkan menjd pribadi yg baru yg semaki. Serupa dng Kristus, perbuatan Roh yg semkn nyata dlm hidup kita yaitu: kasih, sukacita, damai sejahtera, kesabaran, kemurahan, kebaikan, kesetiaan, kelemahlembutan, penguasaan. GBU

If we can hear God's voice we can have faith to declare those things that are not as though they are. If we can hear God's voice then all of the Gifts of the Spirit will flow through us. More than ever before we need to understand that in the last days, as prophesied by Joel and repeated by Peter, there will be widespread revelations from God. We will not receive revelations from God if we do not hear His voice. God speaks in a variety of ways. The most basic avenues God speaks to us are through the Bible, prayer, people, nature, dreams, and an inner sense of knowing something. Certainly and most definitely we have entered such an occasion. God is speaking today. It behooves all believers to embark on this most exciting journey of learning to hear God?s voice in as many possible ways as God is speaking.
