Renungan : July 1,2012 - Telinga yg mau mendengar dan meresponi Firman Tuhan

Renungan: July 1, 2012

Kis 28: 26-27a
Pergilah kepada bangsa ini, dan katakanlah: Kamu akan mendengar dan mendengar, namun tidak mengerti, kamu akan melihat dan melihat, namun tidak menanggap.
Sebab hati bangsa ini telah menebal, dan telinganya berat mendengar, dan matanya melekat tertutup;

Kita perlu selalu membuka hati kita utk Kebenaran Firman Tuhan krn hanya Firman Tuhan yg dapat menuntun kita berjalan spt yg Tuhan kehendaki, jgn pernah biarkan kita mengeraskan hati kita utk tdk mau mendengarkan kebenaran Firman Tuhan atau menganggap kita sdh mengetahu kebenaran Firman Tuhan ttp kita tdk pernah melakukannya ..hati kita menjadi keras dan jika ini dibiarkan terus menerus mk kita akan semakin dibawa jauh dr pengenalan akan Kebenaran Firman Tuhan, kita mungkin mendengar ttp menjadi tdk mengerti, kita melihat ttp mata kita seolah-olah tertutup shg kita tdk menanggapi dan melakukan Firman Tuhan.

Shalom sahabat ku selamat hari minggu, firman Tuhan berkata Tetapi berbahagialah matamu karena melihat dan telingamu karena mendengar (Mat 13:16), kita akan berbahagia dan hidup kita akan mengalami kelimpahan dlm segala bidang saat kita mau mendengarkan Firman Tuhan, mengerti kebenaran Firman Tuhan dan melakukannya, Firman Tuhanlah yg mengajarkan kpd kita apa yg Tuhan kehendaki utk kita lakukan dlm kehidupan kita, Firman Nya adalah kompas dlm kehidupan kita, terang bagi jalan kita. Tanpa Firman Tuhan gelaplah jln kita dan hilanglah kekuatan kita iblis akan dng mudah mengambil alih kehidupan kita. Selamat beribadah dengarkan Firman Tuhan, tanamkan dlm hati kita sbg benih yg subur, bertumbuh dan berbuah shg teranglah kehidupan kita. GBU

Now more than ever before we need to press into hearing what the Spirit of the Lord is saying today. We need to know Him. Having understanding of the times is equal to having words of wisdom, words of knowledge, and discernment flowing through you. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of wisdom. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of knowledge. If we can hear God's voice we can have discernment. If we can hear God's voice we can have faith to declare those things that are not as though they are. If we can hear God's voice then all of the Gifts of the Spirit will flow through us. More than ever before we need to understand that in the last days, as prophesied by Joel and repeated by Peter, there will be widespread revelations from God. We will not receive revelations from God if we do not hear His voice. God speaks in a variety of ways. The most basic avenues God speaks to us are through the Bible, prayer, people, nature, dreams, and an inner sense of knowing something. Certainly and most definitely we have entered such an occasion. God is speaking today. It behooves all believers to embark on this most exciting journey of learning to hear God?s voice in as many possible ways as God is speaking.
