Renungan: September 13, 2012

Ams 16: 24
Perkataan yang menyenangkan adalah seperti sarang madu, manis bagi hati dan obat bagi tulang-tulang.

Lidah merupakan anggota tubuh yg walaupun kecil ttp sangat berguna dan dpt dipakai utk tujuan yg baik maupun utk tujuan yg jahat, dng lidah kita bisa melakukan perkara yg besar yaitu memuliakan Tuhan, memuji Tuhan, menyatakan Kasih dan Kebenaran Tuhan, memberikan kata2 penghiburan bg yg susah, membangkitkan semangat org atau dng lidah kita juga kita dpt menggunakan utk hal2 yg tdk baik, berkata dusta, menghina Tuhan Yesus, menghina sesama manusia, berkata2 yg tdk memberkati bahkan berkata gosip yg pasti membuat keonaran...

Shalom sahabatku selamat pagi, firman Tuhan di Yak 3:9 berkata Dengan lidah kita memuji Tuhan, Bapa kita; dan dengan lidah kita mengutuk manusia yang diciptakan menurut rupa Allah. Jd kita hrs hati2 menjaga lidah dan perkataan kita, krn dr perkataan kita kita bisa menyakiti hati banyak org & menimbulkan pertengkaran bahkan dr lidah kita juga dpt membuat org menjauh dr Tuhan. Mari jaga lidah dan perkataan kita, biarlah lidah kita digunakan utk senantiasa memuji Tuhan dan memuliakan nama Tuhan, lidah org benar itu spt perak pilihan dan mulut org benar akan selalu mengeluarkan hikmat yg menyegarkan tulang. If we can hear God's voice we can have faith to declare those things that are not as though they are. If we can hear God's voice then all of the Gifts of the Spirit will flow through us. More than ever before we need to understand that in the last days, as prophesied by Joel and repeated by Peter, there will be widespread revelations from God. We will not receive revelations from God if we do not hear His voice. God speaks in a variety of ways. The most basic avenues God speaks to us are through the Bible, prayer, people, nature, dreams, and an inner sense of knowing something. Certainly and most definitely we have entered such an occasion. God is speaking today. It behooves all believers to embark on this most exciting journey of learning to hear God?s voice in as many possible ways as God is speaking.
