Menghindari Konflik/Strife


Title: Menghindari Konflik/Strife

Passage: Amzal 17

I. Memulai pertengkaran adalah seperti membuka jalan air; jadi undurlah sebelum perbantahan mulai. (Amsal 17:14 TB)


2. Orang yang berpengetahuan menahan perkataannya, orang yang berpengertian berkepala dingin. (Amsal 17:27 TB)


Menghindari Konflik/Strife

Strife = (Noun) Angry or bitter disagreement over fundamental issues; conflict.


Strife merupakan salah satu senjata utama iblis yg digunakan terhadap orang2 percaya. Saya dibukakan ada tiga hal yang dapat membawa kita kepada konflik/perselisihan.


1. Perkataan/lidah kita: Kalimat yang tidak tepat (salah) diucapkan pada waktu yang salah pasti bisa memulai badai api. Semakin banyak kata-kata yang salah kita tuangkan di atas api, semakin besar badai api yang kita dapat (menuang bahan bakar diatas api). Salah satu cara untuk menghentikan berkobarnya api adalah menghentikan bahan bakar.


2. Kebanggaan diri (pride): selain kata-kata dapat membuka kita ke perselisihan, hal lain adalah hati yang bangga akan diri sendiri(sombong?) krn merasa benar, lebih rohani, lebih senior, lebih tau, maka kita sering menolak untuk minta hikmat Tuhan supaya tetap tenang dan merespon dengan benar. "Kecongkakan mendahului kehancuran, dan tinggi hati mendahului kejatuhan." (Amsal 16:18 TB)


3. Opinion & Wish (Pendapat & Keinginan): Kita sering masuk ke perselisihan karena memaksakan pendapat kita kepada orang lain. Kita harus menyadari bahwa kita harus banyak belajar dan berhenti memaksakan kehendak kita karena belum tentu kehendak kita selalu yang terbaik.


Ini adalah tiga hal terbesar yang sering digunakan setan untuk menyusup dalam hidup kita dan menimbulkan perselisihan dan perpecahan. Mari kita tetap minta hati yang mau diajar dengan tuntunan Roh Kudus melalui hikmat Allah untuk menolak perselisihan dan memperbesar kapasitas kita dengan kasih Kristus untuk menciptakan persatuan dan damai sukacita.


"Let's start this day with the words of God."

Tuhan Yesus memberkati kita semua.

Now more than ever before we need to press into hearing what the Spirit of the Lord is saying today. We need to know Him. I often will say as I instruct ones in the prophetic that all of the gifts of the Spirit flow through the prophetic. Being a prophetic person is one who is able to hear from God. We all hear from God to a certain extent. The sons of Issachar had understanding of the times and they knew what to do. Having understanding of the times is equal to having words of wisdom, words of knowledge, and discernment flowing through you. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of wisdom. If we can hear God's voice then we can hear words of knowledge. If we can hear God's voice we can have discernment. If we can hear God's voice we can have faith to declare those things that are not as though they are. If we can hear God's voice then all of the Gifts of the Spirit will flow through us. More than ever before we need to understand that in the last days, as prophesied by Joel and repeated by Peter, there will be widespread revelations from God. We will not receive revelations from God if we do not hear His voice. God speaks in a variety of ways. The most basic avenues God speaks to us are through the Bible, prayer, people, nature, dreams, and an inner sense of knowing something. Certainly and most definitely we have entered such an occasion. God is speaking today. It behooves all believers to embark on this most exciting journey of learning to hear God?s voice in as many possible ways as God is speaking.
